Federal Tax Forms and Booklets

The Main Library will have federal forms and federal tax instruction booklets available in the lobby and at the reference desk on the second floor. These can also be downloaded and printed.

NJ Tax Forms and Booklets

Please note that paper forms and instruction booklets for state tax forms will not be available at the library. However, forms can be downloaded and printed on public computers. Additionally, librarians can print forms in the NJ Information Center on the 3rd Floor at a cost of 15 cents per page. Tax booklets and forms are scheduled to be mailed during the week of December 26, 2011, to every New Jersey household that filed paper returns without using tax preparation software last year. If you have not received them, instructions for obtaining the booklets can be found here.

The filing deadline falls on April 17, 2012.
